Nico brings the same intensity to his wedding designs and welcomes a challenge and is able to create breathtaking event designs while keeping cost low by doing most, if not all, of the fabrication and preparation for his events personally at his studio in Santa Barbara, California. Nico’s unique and versatile style enables him to bring any idea or vision to life in the most memorable fashion.
In the summer of 2010, Nico was recognized as a “Rising Star” in Event Solutions Magazine. He has also been featured in a number of blogs including Style Me Pretty, Wedding Chicks, Ruffled Blog, Style Unveiled, Grace Ormonde, and Eco-Beautiful Weddings.
In 2011, Nico was named as a finalist in the “Best Fundraising Event” category of the 2011 Special Events Gala Awards, one of the special event industry’s largest conferences and most celebrated honors, for his “Starry night” fundraiser benefiting the Save the Arts program for children who attend the local Peabody Charter School. Nico’s role in the Santa Barbara fundraising community also involves volunteer work done on behalf of the Santa Barbara and Carpentaria Girls Inc. organization and CASA.
